STSearch Data Deletion Instructions

STSearch is operated by CyberSleuths, LLC.

You may request deletion of personal information and Meta Platform Data associated with your STSearch account or connected Meta advertising account by using the process below.

Option 1 — Email a deletion request

Send an email to heyitssugar@outlook.com.

Use the subject line: STSearch Data Deletion Request

Include only the information reasonably necessary for us to locate and verify the relevant account:

1. The email address associated with your STSearch access.
2. Your name.
3. The name of the connected Meta Business Portfolio or advertising account.
4. A description of the information or connection you want deleted.
5. Whether you want us to:
   • disconnect Meta access only;
   • delete eligible stored STSearch and Meta-derived data; or
   • both disconnect access and delete eligible stored data.

Do not send your Facebook password, Meta access token, App Secret, recovery codes, passwords, tokens, secrets, or other sensitive credentials.

Option 2 — Revoke Meta access

You may revoke STSearch's access through your Facebook or Meta account settings by removing the STSearch app from your connected business integrations or apps and websites.

Revoking access prevents future authorized retrieval. It may not automatically delete information already stored by STSearch. To request deletion of stored information, also submit the email request described above.

Verification

To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify your identity, your STSearch session, and your authority over the relevant Meta advertising account or Business Portfolio.

We will not ask for your Facebook password or Meta App Secret.

What we delete

After validating the request, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize eligible information associated with the request, which may include:

• STSearch identity and external-identity associations.
• Active STSearch sessions.
• Stored Meta connection records and encrypted Meta access credentials.
• Meta account, campaign, ad-set, ad, and performance data associated only with the requesting account.
• Relevant synchronization, reconciliation, and data-health records, where deletion is appropriate.
• Support information submitted with the request, subject to limited records needed to document completion.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with law, legal process, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security incidents.
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• Record that a deletion request was received and completed.
• Preserve data that has been aggregated or irreversibly anonymized so it no longer identifies or relates to the requesting user.

Backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten through the normal backup-retention cycle. Deleted information will not be restored to active use except where necessary for disaster recovery, security, or legal compliance.

Processing time and confirmation

We aim to acknowledge verified deletion requests promptly and complete eligible deletion within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires additional time. If additional time is needed, we will provide an update where required.

After processing, we will send confirmation to the verified contact address. We may provide a request or confirmation reference code for your records.
